Sweepstakes runs from October 9th to October 17th, 2008 11:59pm. The geographic area of this promotion is Central Florida. You must be 21 years of age or older and a resident of Orange, Osceola, Seminole, Lake, Brevard, Marion, Volusia and Sumter Counties, Florida to enter. Other eligibility limitations apply. See restrictions below. The sponsors of this sweepstakes are Orlando Sentinel Communications Company ("OSC"), and prize provider is The Bassin Center for Eyelid and Facial Plastic Surgery.

To Enter: No Purchase Necessary. A purchase does not increase your chances of winning. To enter, visit http://www.orlandosentinel.com/sweepstakes , and click on the Free Facials for A Year! link to open up the entry form. Fill out the entry form including all required fields. All entries must be received by midnight October 17th, 2008. OSC is not responsible for lost, late, damaged, illegible, misdirected, or incomplete entries; or for errors in mechanical transmission, technical difficulties, or an inability to transmit Internet entries. Entries become the property of OSC and will not be returned. Winners will be selected by random drawing of all timely, eligible entries received. The drawing will be held on August 4, 2008 or at a reasonable time thereafter. An OSC representative will notify winners by phone or email using the information on the entry form. If the OSC representative is unable to speak directly to a winner by 5 p.m. two business days following the day contact is first attempted, the winner will be disqualified and forfeit all rights to the prize, and an alternate winner will be chosen by random drawing. If the OSC representative is unable to speak directly to an alternate winner by 5 p.m. two business days following the day contact is first attempted, the alternate winner will be disqualified and will forfeit all rights to the prize and another winner will be chosen at random. If, after reasonable attempts, the prize cannot be awarded, the prize may be donated to charity. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Only one entry can be submitted online by the same e-mail address in any twenty-four hour period.

Grand Prize:

An Entire Year’s Worth of Free Facials. You will receive 12 European facial treatments (one per month for a period of 12 months) that is excellent for all skin types. Your European treatment includes a steam cleanse and exfoliation and is followed with a stimulating facial, neck and shoulder massage. A skin-type specific masque and moisturizer complete the treatment. Appointments are required. Treatments must be received at the Bassin Center for Facial Plastic Surgery. Prize Restrictions: Winner is responsible for any charges not specifically listed as part of the prize, including but not limited to transportation required to redeem or make use of prize, parking, food and beverages and souvenirs. Winners are responsible for any taxes that may apply to the prize. Prize(s) are not redeemable for cash and may not be extended, transferred or substituted, except that Sponsors may substitute a prize of equal or greater value when necessary, as determined in their sole discretion. Reservations are required.

Eligibility: Sweepstakes open only to U.S. citizens or permanent legal residents (green card) who are at least 21 years of age as of October 1, 2008, and who reside in the geographic area of Central Florida and are a resident of Orange, Osceola, Seminole, Lake, Brevard, Marion, Volusia and Sumter Counties, FL to enter. If you do not reside within these designated counties, you are ineligible. Employees of OSC, partners, affiliates and their immediate family members of such employees are not eligible. "Immediate family" includes only spouses, parents and children. To claim prize, winner must appear in person at OSC during regular business hours and present valid, government-issued photo identification showing age and residency. Winners may be required to provide taxpayer information and may be required to sign other legal documents or provide additional proof of eligibility. Winners must complete an affidavit of eligibility, which releases sponsors, affiliates, and suppliers from any and all liability related to this sweepstakes or use or acceptance of the prize. Winners must complete the affidavit of eligibility, without making changes, and return the properly completed affidavit for receipt by OSC within 5 days of the date the winner received prize notification. Failure of OSC to receive a properly executed affidavit within 5 days of winner notification will result in disqualification and forfeiture of prize. Alternate winner is subject to all requirements and limitations in these Official Rules. By accepting a prize, a winner agrees to allow the use of his or her name, voice, photograph, likeness and any information provided on the entry form, in any media now known or hereafter invented and for any purpose, including advertising, promotional or other purposes by OSC and its affiliates, without further compensation.

Internet: If, for any reason, this sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned due to infection by computer virus, bug tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of Sponsors, which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this sweepstakes, Sponsors reserve the right, at their sole discretion, to terminate, modify or suspend the sweepstakes or any portion of the sweepstakes. Sponsors are not responsible for theft or destruction of or unauthorized access or alterations to any materials; for technical, network, telephone, computer on-line systems, server, computer hardware or software malfunctions of any kind; or for human error or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Web Site. Sponsors are also not responsible for any injury or damage to any computer, modem or other electrical device as a result of participation in this sweepstakes. Any attempt to damage or undermine the fair and legitimate operation of this sweepstakes will result in disqualification from the sweepstakes. Sweepstakes rules shall be governed and enforced pursuant to FL law, excluding choice of law provisions.

Miscellaneous: Entrants agree to be bound by these rules. Void where prohibited. Sponsors are entitled to interpret these rules as needed and their decisions are final. Sponsors reserve the right to correct typographical, clerical or printing errors in any sweepstakes materials. Sponsors may cancel or terminate this sweepstakes promotion if, for any reason beyond their control, the promotion is not capable of being run fairly or securely.
